How Do I Update My Payment Method?

You can update your payment method anytime from your account.

To Update Your Payment Method

1. Click your name or avatar in the top menu and select My Account.
2. Click Edit Payment Info.
3. Enter your new card details and save.

If Your Payment Already Failed

After updating your card, the system will automatically attempt to process the payment again using your new details. If successful, your access will be restored.

Note: If your subscription is already canceled, you won’t be able to update your payment information. You’ll need to resubscribe instead.
