If you paid an outstanding invoice but your subscription still shows as canceled and you can’t access the meal planning platform, please contact Support before making another payment or starting a new subscription.
Why Did This Happen?
If a renewal payment fails, the payment system may retry the charge several times. If the payment remains unsuccessful after the available retries, your subscription is canceled and your access to the meal planning platform ends.
You may still receive an email with a link to pay the outstanding invoice. However, paying that invoice does not automatically reactivate a subscription that has already been canceled.
I Already Paid the Invoice. What Should I Do?
If your invoice shows as paid but you still don’t have access:
- Don’t pay the invoice again.
- Don’t start a new subscription yet.
- Contact Support and let us know that you paid the outstanding invoice but your subscription is still canceled.
We can verify the payment and help restore the access period covered by your payment.
What Happens After My Access Period Ends?
Because the original subscription was canceled, it will not automatically renew after the restored access period ends.
If you want to continue using the meal planning platform after that period, you’ll need to start a new subscription.
