Yes, all subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle — whether that’s monthly, quarterly, or yearly. You’ll continue to have access to your meal plans, shopping list, and all platform features unless you cancel.
What Happens If I Cancel?
If you cancel your subscription, you’ll still have access through the end of your current paid cycle. After that, your access will be removed, and your account will be set to inactive.
Note: We do not currently offer the ability to pause subscriptions.
Can I Get a Refund?
Refunds are only available for prepaid subscriptions (quarterly or yearly) and must be requested within 14 days of your original purchase date, or recurring payment. If you believe you're eligible, please contact us through the Help Center to request a refund.
Monthly subscriptions are not eligible for a refund once payment has been processed.

to the My Account section — everything you need is right there.
