If you need to cancel your subscription, no problem — it only takes a minute, and you can do it yourself directly from your account.
How to Cancel Your Subscription
Log into your account
Click on My Account (you’ll find it under your name or avatar icon in the top navigation)
Click Cancel Plan
Follow the prompts to confirm your cancellation
Once canceled, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle. After that, your access to the platform — including your meal plans — will be removed.
As much as it pains us to see you go, we understand that this might not be the right time. Just know that you’re always welcome back.
Important: If you’d like to save your meal plans for future reference, we recommend downloading them before your subscription ends.
Note: We do not currently offer the ability to pause subscriptions.
What if I Need a Refund?
If your cancellation falls within the 14-day window for a quarterly or annual plan, you may be eligible for a full refund. Refunds aren’t processed automatically, so please reach out to us through the Help Center — we’ll handle it quickly and with zero hassle. We don’t ask questions and we’re always happy to help.
