I Forgot to Cancel Before My Renewal — Can I Get a Refund?

We understand things happen — and we do our best to be fair.

Here’s how our refund policy works:

  • If you’re on a quarterly or annual plan, you’re eligible for a full refund within 14 days of the renewal

  • Monthly plans are not refundable, but you can cancel anytime to prevent future charges

  • If you cancel after the 14-day refund window, the charge is non-refundable and your subscription will remain active until the end of your billing cycle

Important Note About Disputes

If a chargeback is filed through your bank, we are unable to issue a direct refund while the dispute is in progress. These processes can take up to 180 days to resolve.

For the fastest resolution, we recommend contacting us directly before initiating a dispute.
