Refund Policy
Prepaid subscriptions (such as quarterly or yearly) are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable, as they grant immediate access to all meal plans and bonus content.
Canceling your subscription will stop future charges, but does not automatically issue a refund.

If you believe you qualify for a refund, please contact us through the Help Center and we’ll be happy to assist. We’re here to help and always aim to resolve issues quickly and fairly.
About Payment Disputes
We strongly encourage you to contact us before filing a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank. These processes are lengthy, can delay resolution by up to 180 days, and may prevent us from issuing a refund on our end.
In some cases, filing a chargeback may result in a $25 fee charged by your financial institution, which you may be responsible for.
