f you decide to display total daily calories in your meal planner, you can turn on this option and set a daily calorie goal in your settings. Here's how it works:
Step 1: Enable Calorie Display
Go to your Settings page.
Scroll down to the Units, Points, and Calories section.
Toggle the Show Calories option to the right. When enabled, it will appear dark blue.
Step 2: Set a Daily Calorie Goal
In the same Units, Points, and Calories section, click on Calorie Goal.
Enter your desired daily calorie limit.
Once set, your meal plan will display your daily calorie goal. If you exceed this limit, the calorie count will turn red to alert you.
Step 3: Track Calories in Your Meal Plan
In your Daily Planner, each meal will display its calorie content.
As you check off meals you've consumed, the system will track your total calorie intake for the day.
You can also manually add items with their calorie information to keep an accurate log.
Important Notes:
The calorie tracker is a visual aid. It does not customize or adjust your meal plan automatically.
Meal plans are hand-curated weekly by our team. They're thoughtfully designed to offer variety, balance, and ease — not generated by an algorithm or personalized to your goal.
That’s it. Calories are there if you want to keep an eye on them — totally up to you.
