How to Track Your Weight

If you decide to use the Weight Tracker, you’ll have access to a simple tool where you can log your weight over time and view your progress on a chart.

What You Can Do

  • Log your weight daily, weekly, or whenever you like

  • View a chart of your weight history over time

  • Set a Starting Weight and Goal Weight for context

  • Track gains, losses, or plateaus based on your own timeline

You can update your entries manually and view your history at any time.


Where to Find It

  • Go to Weight Tracker from the main navigation to add or view entries

  • You can update your Starting Weight and Goal Weight in your Settings

Quick tip: Reaching your goal weight won’t trigger anything — but it’s still something worth celebrating.
