You can customize the number of servings in your meal plan to better fit your routine — whether you’re cooking for two or feeding the whole family.
How It Works
Your servings are set per meal type, per day. That means you can:
Choose how many servings to plan for each meal of the day (Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner)
Or, if you're on a Dinner Only plan, how many servings to prepare for each dinner of the week
These settings help generate the right recipe amounts and build an accurate shopping list.
Note: When a recipe is repeated later in the week as leftovers, the servings on the original recipe will automatically increase to reflect the extra meal. You don’t need to adjust anything manually.
Quick tip: If you don’t want meal suggestions for a specific meal or day, just set the servings to 0. That meal will be left blank and won’t be filled with any recipes or items.
How to Adjust Servings
Go to your Settings page
Scroll down to the Servings section
Use the sliders to adjust the number of servings per meal and per day
You can come back and adjust this anytime — your meal plan and shopping list will update accordingly.
That’s it. Your servings are set to match your real life (and your appetite).
