The shopping list is built automatically based on your selected meal plan and servings — no need to manually add each ingredient.
What’s Included
You’ll see a list of all the ingredients you need for the week, organized by grocery category (like Produce, Meat, Pantry, etc.).
Each item includes the quantity needed based on your chosen servings.
Marking Items as Purchased
Once you’ve shopped for an item, simply check the box next to it. Checked items will stay visible (but marked) so you always have a record of what’s already been purchased.
Making Changes to the List
You can remove any ingredient you don’t need by clicking the [X] next to it.
Add Personal Items
You may also add your own items — like shampoo, toilet paper, or anything else you need from the store. Just tap the floating “+” button in the bottom right corner to add a new item.
Adding Items from Recipes
If you add or remove recipes from your meal plan, your shopping list will automatically update to match.
Same goes for changing serving sizes — your list stays synced without extra work.
