How to Change Weeks
Go to your Meal Plan page
At the top, use the arrows or Next Week / Past Weeks links to move between weeks
The archive is built weekly, so you can move one week at a time — starting from the day you signed up
About the Meal Plan Archive
Your meal plan archive grows as you use the planner. That means:
There's no set "start" date — your plan begins when you sign up
Each week is saved as you go, even if you make changes
You can revisit and edit past weeks at any time
You can plan ahead as far as you'd like
Quick tip: Any changes you make (like editing servings or adding recipes) apply only to the week you're currently viewing.
That’s it. Navigate weeks one at a time and make the planner fit your rhythm.
